Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Bloom Aesthetics ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

Bloom Aesthetics provides cosmetic and aesthetic medical services, including but not limited to:

• Anti-wrinkle injections
• Dermal fillers
• Laser skin treatments
• Professional skin peels
• Medical-grade skincare consultations

All services are provided by qualified and licensed medical professionals.

Medical Disclaimer

Important: Cosmetic treatments carry inherent risks. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, individual results may vary, and complications can occur. You should:

• Disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and allergies
• Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions carefully
• Report any adverse reactions or concerns immediately
• Understand that results are not guaranteed
• Acknowledge that photos and examples shown are for illustration purposes only

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive our services. By booking a treatment, you confirm that:

• You are of legal age in Western Australia
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You are not contraindicated for the requested treatment
• All information provided is accurate and truthful

Consultations

A consultation is required before all first-time treatments. During the consultation:

• We will assess your suitability for treatment
• You will receive information about risks, benefits, and alternatives
• You must provide complete and accurate medical history
• You may decline treatment at any time without obligation
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed inappropriate

Consent and Authorization

Before each treatment, you will be required to:

• Sign a treatment consent form
• Acknowledge understanding of potential risks and complications
• Authorize the use of specific products and procedures
• Consent to before/after photography (optional for marketing purposes)

Appointments and Cancellations

Booking

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
• A valid phone number and email address are required
• Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost
• No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to staff illness or emergencies

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling
• Full fees apply regardless of shortened treatment time

Payment Terms

Pricing

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Quoted prices are estimates; final costs may vary based on treatment needs
• Package prices must be paid in full to receive discounted rates

Payment Methods

• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Payment is due at the time of service
• Payment plans may be available for certain treatments

Refund Policy

• Treatments cannot be refunded once performed
• Product purchases may be refunded if unopened and returned within 14 days
• Prepaid package balances may be refunded at our discretion, minus completed sessions
• Consultation fees are non-refundable

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate medical information and updates
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions
• Attend scheduled follow-up appointments
• Report any adverse reactions promptly
• Refrain from seeking similar treatments elsewhere during a treatment course
• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or discontinue service to any client
• Modify treatment plans based on clinical judgment
• Require medical clearance from your doctor before proceeding
• Terminate the client relationship for non-compliance or inappropriate behavior
• Update prices, policies, and terms at any time

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

• We are not liable for dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided
• We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow instructions
• We are not liable for reactions to products not purchased from our clinic
• Any claims must be made within 30 days of treatment

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bloom Aesthetics and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Photography and Marketing

With your separate written consent, we may:

• Take before and after photographs for your medical record
• Use anonymized photos for marketing and educational purposes
• Share testimonials and reviews

You may withdraw consent for marketing use at any time, though images already published may remain in circulation.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws. We take data protection seriously and implement appropriate security measures.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
